These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 39gl ("39gl", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://39gl.bet (the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the 39gl Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

39gl operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR"), the official government body responsible for the licensing and regulation of gaming activities in the Republic of the Philippines. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to the 39gl Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine law. By registering an account, you warrant and represent that you are 21 years of age or older. 39gl employs age verification procedures during and after registration, and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

The 39gl Platform is intended for use by players located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 39gl makes no representation that the Platform is available or appropriate for use in any other jurisdiction. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal do so at their own risk.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To open a 39gl account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including but not limited to:

2.4 KYC Verification

As part of our PAGCOR-mandated Know Your Customer ("KYC") obligations, 39gl requires players to complete identity verification before processing withdrawal requests or when triggered by suspicious account activity. Accepted identification documents include a valid Philippine passport, UMID, driver's licence, SSS ID, or any government-issued photo ID. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account restrictions.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual player may hold only one (1) active 39gl account at any time. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 39gl reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any winnings, and withhold any bonus funds credited to those accounts.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 39gl account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in shall be deemed to have been carried out by you, regardless of whether you authorised that specific activity.

39gl will never contact you to request your password. If you receive any communication purportedly from 39gl asking for your password, treat it as a fraudulent attempt and report it to our support team immediately.

3.3 Account Inactivity

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 39gl reserves the right to charge an administrative inactivity fee on dormant accounts, subject to applicable regulations. Players will be notified by email prior to any such fee being applied. The remaining balance in an inactive account will not fall below zero as a result of inactivity fees.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your 39gl account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your nominated withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any pending wagering requirements. Accounts under investigation for suspected fraud or terms violations may not be eligible for immediate closure.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

39gl currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. 4.2 Deposit Terms

Deposits are credited to your 39gl account balance upon confirmation of receipt. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. 39gl does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 39gl accepts no responsibility.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any funds deposited from a payment account that does not belong to you may be voided and returned.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification to the level required by PAGCOR
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must have been fully satisfied
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold for your chosen payment method
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible

5.1 General Bonus Terms

5.2 Wagering Requirements

6.1 Game Availability

The availability of specific games on the 39gl Platform may vary from time to time due to technical maintenance, software licensing changes, or regulatory requirements. 39gl does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game or betting market. We will use reasonable efforts to notify players of any planned maintenance that results in significant game unavailability.

6.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a software malfunction, connection error, or system fault that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 39gl reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and return the staked amount to the player's account. Malfunction voids all pays and play. 39gl accepts no liability for losses arising from service interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

6.3 Random Number Generation

All content on the 39gl Platform — including but not limited to the 39gl name, logo, brand identity, website design, software, graphics, text, audio, video, game content, and other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 39gl or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from 39gl
• Modify, adapt, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on Platform software or content

By registering an account with 39gl, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and the delivery of the 39gl service. You may exercise your data subject rights — including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data — by contacting our Data Protection Officer through the support channels listed on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 39gl's liability for death or personal injury resulting from 39gl's gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

39gl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if, in 39gl's reasonable judgment, you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to the integrity of 39gl's operations or the safety of other players.

In the event of account termination for cause, 39gl reserves the right to void any pending bets, cancel any bonus funds, and withhold winnings that were derived from activity in violation of these Terms, pending investigation. Real-money deposits that are not connected to terms violations will be returned to the player's nominated payment method following completion of any required investigation.

By accepting these Terms, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above processes.

39gl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — that is, where they substantially affect your rights or obligations as a player — 39gl will provide reasonable prior notice via email or a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum notice period of seven (7) days before the revised Terms take effect.

Minor amendments, including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or changes required by applicable law or PAGCOR regulations, may take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform.

Your continued use of the 39gl Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your account in accordance with Section 11 of these Terms before the revised Terms take effect.
